The Everyday Mind at Work — psychology-informed wellbeing for real people

The person behind the job title matters. Employees carry mental load, self-doubt, changing responsibilities and life transitions into the working day. Good wellbeing support can offer practical tools and a kinder, more realistic way to navigate those pressures.

The Everyday Mind at Work is a UK-led, virtual coaching and wellbeing education offering for US businesses, founders and People & Culture teams. It focuses on practical psychological understanding, self-awareness, communication and confidence. It does not replace therapy, medical care or organisational responsibility for safe working conditions.

A six-week founding workplace pilot

Designed for small teams of up to 25 people, the pilot includes four short on-demand video lessons, one interactive 60-minute virtual workshop and Q&A, a reflection workbook, a supportive manager conversation guide, and optional anonymous aggregate feedback themes.

What we explore together

When your brain has 37 tabs open: understanding overload and attention. Confidence, unhelpful self-talk and speaking up. Mental load, people-pleasing and healthy boundaries. Change, identity and life stages. We keep learning accessible, supportive and practical rather than asking staff to disclose personal difficulties.

Why a whole-person approach?

People's emotional load and confidence do not switch off at nine o'clock. Short educational resources alongside space to reflect can help make wellbeing conversations less intimidating. Employers also need supportive systems, reasonable workloads, effective management and access to appropriate professional services. Individual coaching is only one piece of that picture.

For founders and women-led organisations

Our wider work also supports women navigating business ownership, self-doubt, identity changes, the pressure to be everything to everyone, and different life stages. We can explore tailored virtual sessions for women's employee networks or founder communities.
